HOW TO USE GATEPOST
These instructions start at the point when you have GATEPOST loaded on your desktop in a browser window:
1. Execute Detach > Detach and Maximize to transfer GATEPOST to your
desktop. This will place GATEPOST in a stable desktop environment.
2. Provide your custom image editing instructions as follows:
Image Mark-Up+Text Instructions: Follow a "Mark-Choose-Add"
protocol in which you use the tools (arrow, pencil, circle, square) to mark
on the image. After each mark, choose a procedure from the top boxes,
or write a custom note in the command line above "Add to List."
After each text instruction, click "Add to List" to add the instruction
to the list.
Text-Only Instructions: Follow a "Choose-Add" protocol
in which you select a procedure from the top boxes (or write a custom procedure)
and "Add to List."
Text-only instructions are useful when the
location of the edit is obvious or applies to the entire image in the
window.
Always Click "Add to List" After Each Instruction!:
Each graphical mark should have a text instruction and should end with
an "Add to List" command
3. After each instruction, start the process again until your instructions are complete. When complete, execute Detach > Attach To
Browser
4. Execute Order > Save Project
5. Execute Instructions Complete (upper right side).
