Shadows

Previous: Retouching
Next: Skin Beautification

Description: "Drop shadows" have become standard in U.S. and European product catalogs and advertisements. When requesting that a drop shadow be added, it is important for the customer adequately to describe how and where the shadow should fall and whether it is a light, dark or colored shadow.

Cost Considerations: Shadows vary widely in complexity (and therefore in cost). In most cases, the complexity of the shadow is within the customer's discretion. Even a simple drop shadow has an important, although visually subtle, impact on the image. Price range: $5-$50/high res image (volume rates available).
